Tour Overview

This 4-day Ouarzazate to Merzouga off-road tour is not a standard transfer between two cities. It’s a private 4×4 route through the parts of southeastern Morocco most itineraries skip entirely — the Draâ Valley, the desert town of Zagora, and then onward through Tafraoute Sidi Ali, Ramlia, and Ouzina before reaching Erg Chebbi. If you’ve already seen photos of the standard Marrakech–Dadès road and want something with fewer other vehicles on the track, this is built around that.Travel is by private off-road 4×4 with an experienced local driver-guide, across dry river valleys and desert plateaus that ordinary cars and minivans can’t handle. The route includes a night in a remote desert guesthouse or bivouac before finishing beside the Erg Chebbi dunes at a luxury camp, with a choice of a camel ride or a 4×4 transfer to reach it. The trip ends with drop-off in Errachidia.
